Amanda and Jenna at Hawthorn Hills Ranch were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process. We had an incredible day, and the venue was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Our friends and family could not stop talking about how beautiful it was! What truly made them stand out to us was the kindness, flexibility, and support they showed when we ran into some concerns during our catering planning process. Amanda and Jenna immediately listened to us and were incredibly accommodating and flexible as we worked through our options. We ended up making a change that was the perfect fit for us, and we are so grateful for how understanding and supportive they were throughout the process. They were both consistently sweet, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire experience. We were especially touched during our decor drop-off when Jenna greeted us with such excitement and kindness and even helped unload items from our van, which we never expected but deeply appreciated. From start to finish, we felt truly cared for. We are so thankful for the kindness and attention they gave us, and we would absolutely recommend Hawthorn Hills Ranch to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team behind it.

We were truly so happy with the entire team! Everyone was kind, helpful, and full of great energy. The venue looked absolutely beautiful, everything was delicious and perfect, and we truly felt cared for from start to finish, everything went so smoothly, and we were genuinely pleased with the whole experience. All of our guests had a great time and couldn’t stop saying how amazing the venue and the team were! The help with the ceremony timing was especially appreciated; it made everything flow perfectly. Amanda at Hawthorn Hills Ranch gave me great energy from day one! She was a joy to tour with, and she and the team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire process. We booked our wedding with only three months to plan, and they sent so many useful tips and reminders that helped ensure a smooth and stress-free day. You can truly tell this team has a passion for weddings and genuinely cares about their clients. I was drawn to HHR because of the beautiful ceremony site—the picturesque wooden arbor and benches overlooking the pond. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you for making our wedding day so special.

It was perfect! I rented this venue for my Dad's Retirement party/Birthday. We used some of the on sight decorations and they were ready upon arrival which helped make setup so easy! Everything was clean and the space was beautiful. I had about 40 guests and we had plenty of space to eat dance and play games. We were able to incorporate all of the extra space and had a blast! The venue attendant was so helpful and assisted with way more than asked. 10 out of 10 experience!

Hawthorn Hills is a top venue for me. The space and lighting is clearly made for photographers to create amazing images. More, the staff goes above and beyond for the couples, their families, guests, and vendors. As a photographer, the welcoming and team work was amazing. The hospitality is 10 stars!! I hope my future Brides select your venue because you eliminated so much stress for my bride, the day of coordinator Jenna was approachable and reliable, meaning my bride was able to focus on just marrying her best friend and partying the night away! Can't wait to work with you again!
