3 weeks agoUnfortunately we did not have a good experience , we rented out two tents and it was extremely hot!! so we had to ask for an upgrade for two cabins, long story short , they had the AC in a heating setting, and we tried several times to adjust it but we weren’t able to get a hold of no one , We were not able to spend the night there because of how hot it was! It was like an oven , we called several times and they did not get back to us and thankfully we booked through Expedia and they reached them but the location denied us a refund . It was very unfortunate we came out of town hoping to relax , The place itself is okay but if you’re looking to relax this may not be the best option.
