7 months agoMy friend hosted her son’s Bar Mitzvah here, so when it came time to plan our own son’s Bar Mitzvah, I naturally kept this venue in mind. She did mention they were asked to leave earlier than the time stated in their contract, though at the time she felt it wasn’t a major issue, so I didn’t let that deter me. The location is convenient, which was a plus, and the venue itself is quaint and charming with ample outdoor space. Unfortunately, my experience during the inquiry process was disappointing. I reached out twice through their website and also called directly, but received no response to either the emails or the phone call. If it’s this difficult to communicate during the initial inquiry stage, it doesn’t inspire confidence in handing over a deposit or trusting ongoing communication leading up to an important family milestone. In today’s market, there are many venues to choose from, and reliable communication and customer service matter. For that reason, we’ve decided to look elsewhere.
